The leadership team at the Harvest
Pastor Ken Jumper and his wife, Connie pioneered The Harvest in August 1989. They were sent out by their home church, The Community Church of Northern Virginia. Pastor Ken and Connie have two married daughters, Rebekah and Ruth.
Scott Robertson and his wife Michelle have been attending The Harvest since June 1996. They began working with our youth in October 1996 and Scott is now on staff as student pastor. Scott and Michelle have been in student ministry for over 17 years.
Pastor Indar and his wife, Christine come from the island of Trinidad which is located in the Caribbean Sea. Pastor Indar graduated with a Master of Divinity degree in Pastoral Leadership, and a Master of Arts degree in International Theological Education from Columbia International University (CIU) in Columbia, SC.
Mary Beth Shumpert is Director of the children's ministry at The Harvest. Mary Beth and her husband, Thomas, have 3 boys, Brayden, Spencer and Tyler. Having a passion for teaching children and a call to ministry, Mary Beth began serving as director of children's ministry at The Harvest in 2011.
Darrell Roland and his wife Sylvie came to The Harvest in 1998. They have two children and three grandchildren. Prior to joining The Harvest team, Darrell enjoyed a 20-year business background with management and leadership experience in large corporations and small business.
Aaron was recently named 378 Campus Pastor, and has served for several years as one of the Teaching Pastors for Sunday/Wednesday worship. As a man after God's heart, he shares practical messages of biblical principles in helping people grow in their relationship with God.
Connie Maberry has been a part of The Harvest since the spring of 1997. She joined the staff team in August 1998 as an administrative assistant then assumed the role of Office Manager. Since then, Connie has stepped into her current role as Care Ministry Director, which includes the care ministry, prayer ministry, church database management, and Cleansing Stream Ministries.
His desire is to help people discover God's purpose for their lives through practical and relevant messages.
Nancy Hines and her husband, Chris have been a part of The Harvest since 1998. Her educational background and life experiences give way to a safe, caring and the nurturing of GOD's Truth through orginal Bible lessons and activities to the nursery and preschool children.
Like Pastor Ken, Dorri was born in Cayce, SC and graduated from Airport High School where she was Head varsity cheerleader as well as in the Drama Club.
