Pastor Ken Jumper
Pastor Ken Jumper first accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior
at the tender age of eleven, and committed his life to full-time
Christian service at the age of twenty. Since that time, he has
been actively pursuing the various aspects of God's call on his
life. This road has given him the opportunity to be involved in
Christian education, serve on several pastoral staff teams and be
involved in international mission work. His mission travel includes
such places as India, the former Soviet Union, Samoa, Haiti, Peru
as well as throughout the Caribbean and Europe.
Pastor Ken is the founding pastor of the Harvest and serves in
this role today.
A graduate of Leadership Lexington County, he is
involved with the Lexington Business Association. He met his wife,
Connie, at Anderson College in 1975, and they were married in 1976.
They have two married daughters who are active in their respective
churches, and three grandchildren--one boy and two girls.
Pastor Ken was born in Cayce, South Carolina, located just
across the Saluda River from Columbia, South Carolina. He grew up
attending the First Baptist Church of Cayce, and later graduated
from Airport High School, where he lettered in several varsity
sports.

Carolina's Upstate, where he attended Anderson College in Anderson.
He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from Erskine
