K-2B is the place for two-year olds to assert their independence.  This room provides opportunities for your child to express themselves as individuals and interact with their classmates and teachers.  Everyday your child will be exposed to a large assortment of topics using our K-2 A Beka curriculum that encourages observation, imitation, exploration and open access to hands-on experiences using the five senses and biblically based materials.  The K-2B room is equipped with age-appropriate materials and toys divided into centers such as blocks, dramatic play, books, manipulatives and science.  Children in this room increase the quantity of Baby Sign Language to include familiar phrases.  Outside play is provided daily, weather permitting.  The K-2B children also enjoy our indoor playroom every day as an area for physical activity and play.  Potty training begins in this room with our potty program.  This program allows our staff and the parents to have open communication about the child's potty schedule, needs and accomplishments.
